Imagine if we looked like what we ate…
We’d care A LOT more about what we allowed into our bodies, wouldn’t we?
No, not just the occasional acne breakouts, weight gains and losses, etc. that we all know of.
I’m talking about if our foods REALLY reflected our diets physically. .
So I ask,
If you looked like the foods you eat-
Would you look bright, colorful, vibrant, clear, pure, peaceful, fresh, healing and whole?
or would you look
fearful, greasy, medicated, junky, belligerent, disfigured and experimental?
Think about it.
