- 1 cup Peeled, cored and diced apples.
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- Place the diced apples and water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the water and apples start boiling, the apples should begin to soften.
- When this happens, begin mashing the apples (we just used a spoon)….then add the cinnamon.
- Remove from heat and let cool. THEN VIOLA! Add it to your baking mixture! Or enjoi as a snack.
