Hey guys! I am so excited to share with you this almond milk I made!
I have always wanted to make my own nut milk. Always. But it’s been one of those things I’ve put off because I thought it would be too complicated, difficult and time consuming to do.
Well…I finally did it. And…it was EASY PEASY!
I’m certain that the KEY to my delicious milk was the nut bag I used. A nut milk bag is what you use after you’ve blended your milk to strain the pulp from the nuts. It leaves you with deliciously creamy milk with no sign that it came from a nut haha.

If you have ever been curious about making your own milks OR if you just want to try something new and adventurous (because you’re cooool like thaat!) ..I highly suggest you give this a shot. It really IS SO SIMPLE and I can’t picture myself buying store bought vegan milk as much as I normally do. I am so happy that I got this bag and I did this finally!
(The bag can also be used for coffee, juicing, and more)
For almond milk–
1 C Almonds (soaked for 8-12 hrs. then drained and rinsed)
4 1/2 C Water
4 Dates (or other sweetener of your choice per preference)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (next time, I will use 1/4 tsp)
pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt (or of choice)
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes then pour into your bigger better nut milk bag. Over a medium sized bowl, squeeze and twist to separate the milk from the pulp.
Pour into an airtight container such as a mason jar. It will stay fresh to Enjoi for about 3-5 days!
