Homemade Applesauce


An easy applesauce replacement for recipes or as a delicious snack.

  • 1 cup Peeled, cored and diced apples.
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  1. Place the diced apples and water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the water and apples start boiling, the apples should begin to soften.
  2. When this happens, begin mashing the apples (we just used a spoon)….then add the cinnamon.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. THEN VIOLA! Add it to your baking mixture! Or enjoi as a snack.

Easy Vegan + GF Hot Chocolate

  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Raw Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Raw Agave
  1. Pour almond milk into a microwave safe dish, microwave milk for about 1.5 minutes
  2. Next, remove milk and pour into a blender. Add cocoa powder and agave and blend together until smooth
  3. Place in your favorite coffee mug and enjoi!
